You'll start in Denver and head north to meet what was once the Oregon Trail. Visit Cheyenne, Wyoming, once the railroad capitol of the West and take in the still present pioneer spirit of the town and the nearby Fort Laramie Historic Site.  Continue to South Dakota and explore the heart of what was once known as the Wild West. See the wide ranges where buffalo once roamed! Visit Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, and the towering mountains of the Black Hills. Pay homage to "Wild Bill" Hickok and Calamity Jane in Deadwood before visiting Kevin Costner's "Tatanka - The Story of the Bison" and Little Big Horn Monument.
Your journey continues on to Yellowstone National Park from the east with a stop in Cody and ample time to visit the renowned Buffalo Bill Historic Center.
